Can the engine be rebuilt without removing it from the compartment? Is there is blower system for this engine? How effective is a NOS system and what should be the H.P. shot? Any help would be apreciated.

The MSX140 2-stroke Fitch injection system is not easily modifiable, which means you can not change the engine breathing without affecting the fuel/air ratios.
Some modest power gains can be had, but virtually no-one has significantly boosted the MSX140 engine's power without removing the Fitch system. Look up the Polaris/Factory Pipe Matrix200 for information on how that was done.
There are also some performance improvements using the 2004 MSX140 ride plate and changing the pump wedge.
The four stroke turbocharged MSX150 is a completely different motor, in the same hull as the MSX140, and there are a number of performance enhancements possible there.

Upper end yes (pistons/cylinders/rings), lower end I don't think so as you need to access the lower bolts to split the cases and get the crank out.
