Power increase ????
Have been out as much as possible, having a blast Have stepped the stock sponsons and have noticed the difference. Plan to put the R&D grate on before the weekend (summer over here) and am going to stick with the stock plate for now as I am mainly in the rough. Was after any suggestions on improving power. Not really top end just overall grunt, response and holeshot. Impeller's etc ???

some things to get that will increase acceleration are pump plug kit, intake grate, and probably the best thing to help out holeshot is holeshot kit... fercho style.

I got your prescription for some GRUNT!
Holeshot Kit (install it their way or the fercho way)
VF3 Reeds (this is going to wake up the ski BIG TIME)
This page will have the stuff I was talking about.
Since you ride in the rough I would keep the stock air box but mod it. Take it off, open it up, and remove the metal flame arrestors on the inside. Remove all tubing from the front of the box.
Also you are going to need the pump plug kit
and EFI controller for the extra fuel needed
Then if you want even more grunt get some of these
You can send your head to Jim in the United States to be milled. It will be cheaper and you will get the same gain but the down time will be more.
Also don't forget to do a pump tunnel reinforcement down the road.
