dont believe i have sea-doo coils, the ones inside my cdi box have the mitsubishi logo, and is a socket style connection.

Is there a differance between the big cdi box and the little one?

I'm getting ready to do the exact same thing. From what I understand is that you have to re-use the coil end fittings. Looks like some of the wire manufacturers sell a "universal" kit which comes with the 90's already installed and then a bunch of coil end fittings (that you won't use). They also include a crimper to allow you to crimp the re-used coil fitting onto the new wire.

I was looking at either the Moroso wires or the Summit wires. I'm going blue... A set of 8 wires is about $60 for the Moroso's and $30 for the Summit's.

ended up making them with all msd stuff. 8.5mm super conductive wire, msd 90 degree boots, and straight terminals.

Also, for the cdi mount did you just cut out the original (front) part of the battery box and re-mount it to the back side of the battery box? Does the plastic seem strong enough to hold up well?
    Thanks
