That video would have been a lot more enjoyable if he quit pumping the throttle...........good job tho, fast-ski no doubt, especially for a 1200

I think they are just referring to the class that boat is allowed to run in. 2strokes are limited to 1200 but 4strokes can run 1500 with forced induction. Its not fair but thats how the IJSBA is getting rid of the smokers.

1200 Superstock is the class Alan races in.

If he was able to click off 82 in those conditions standing up set up for CC then there is a great deal of speed left in that boat. Just my .02.

there are more then 10 boats in the 1200 Pro RA Class running 82 + in that condition, or you think Maccracing's or Judges 15FSC, or Les turbo RXPs/GTI are slower ??????????

I doubt he would even be close to those boats. Tim's 15Fs are in the 90s, talk to him weekly and known him for over 10 years.

Just clearing up why the title was called "1200" and "Superstock".

Duke you are right, and i'm sure there are faster boats but this was an official record due to it being coniston speed week, this was 2 runs in both directions and an average of the 2, certified by the correct people.
