Bleeding Air From Oil Pump
I Just Bought A Used Polaris Trailblazer 250 2 Stroke Atv/quad.
It Says In The Owners Manual That When Needed To Purge The Oil Pump From Any Air Bubbles/pockets In The Oil Pump That The Quad/atv Should Be Runned At Idle For 30 Seconds Or More Depending On The Anount Air In The Pump, And To Hold The Oil Pump Lever/arm Fully Opened Manually. That Method Will Purge The Air From The Pump. Has Any One Done This Method Of Air Purging With There 2 Stroke Pwc's? Will This Work On The Fuji's?

That's the way I do it as well after of course priming the lines and pre-mixing the fuel tank "just in case".
