    Computer Geeks???

    what is a good internet security?
    Norton Symantec, Macaffee, etc?
    we have been using the Norton internet security, and have purchased it thru their online store, every time we downloaded the software there was always a problem that needed the attention of the horrendous customer service dept, today I think we were transfered to bangladesh , for christs sakes can`t we speak to an american, they suck!...PR...

    AVG

    I'm just using AVG 7.5 its free and works just as good as anything else.

    talk to your computer geeks at your office (if applicable)...we get our hands on a LOT of stuff...I'm runnnig a corporate version of Norton...

    I use AVG (free) version. I never liked Noton it almost acts like a virus taking over resources.

    I've personally never liked Norton. I run McAfee on my two oldest daughter's windows machines along with AdAware from www.download.com [free]

    I've also switched to Apple recently bye bye windows

    I have been using NOD32 from eset for 2 years without any problems.

    I was a Norton fan for a long time...untill AVG got their issues ironed out.
    I don't go near McCrappie. Hogs too many resources.

    Running corperate version of Norton also at home. One of the benifits of being the computer geek at the office...Whatever you get just make sure you keep it up to date...
