    Deadbeat Ebayer selling GPR parts

I am only out 95 bucks, but its the principal and I don't want to see anyone else ripped off. Especially pi$$es me off to pay someone right after auction ends and they won't communicate with you.

Does anyone know who this might be, as I thought I saw a pic of this ride plate on this forum at one time:
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=190172274847

His email is [email protected] and ebay name was daprotv. Lists Miami FL as home. I get down there quite a bit, and would love for someone to point this scumsucking lowlife to me.

You know I sent that guy several emails and when he didn't respond, I didn't bid. Good luck, make sure if you paid him via paypal that you don't go past the 30 days before you ask for your money back. Do it within the 30 days and you'll get your money back.
    Good luck.

Thanks for posting this. I think we should have a list here of ebay deadbeats. This way we can check it before we make a costly mistake. doesn't rule out new ones but helps from people repeating the same mistake.

if you pay for an item with Paypal you might be able to get your $ back - ebay is useless - paypal can go after the funds in his account for non-delivery of an item

Yep - Just keep a cool head. No threatening email etc.... just makes you look bad. If you keep your facts in a row you shold be ok.

I thoughr I was out $1200 once but Paypal came through for me.

If you need a plate let me know. There is one sitting in my garage you can borrow until spring.

    Scumbag

Won a laptop last year and the guy took my money and said he would refund it. Never did, so I contacted Paypal and three weeks later I got my $1000 back. Took forever but it worked for me.
