    Boost gauge install

    i was thinking of putting my boost gauge in the mirror, anyone have any tips??
    the boost gauge im getting has a air/fuel reading, how do i hook that up?

    i did mine in the mirror... you will need to make a cover plate ..the mirror itself is a good template ...behind the mirror isnt that good looking ...the 3 rivits hold the piece you need in... you can drill them and do the rest on the bench then reassemble ...no need to remove the hood ...just 1 bolt from inside the top storage compartment holds the mirror in ...is your af meter digital # or a bar??? combo sounds nice.. i just have a cheapie 4 now it was given 2 me so figured why not .. the boost vac port went into the intecooler block off mine was jerry;s and was already tapped ..

    did you do jps as well ??? the recovering finishes it nicely

    I did JP's, but he has since replaced the gauge...

    i am looking to have the gauge in the mirror with the mirror still intak. i have seen set ups where the mirror was still there with the gague. so how do i connect the air/fuel read out??? the boost gauge is digital and the air/fuel is leds.

    Mate where and how much is this combo gauge, you are talking about?? Myself and a few other peolple are interested in buying one!!!!!!!
