    Prelim Tests

Took her out yesterday with the new mods in. First off it was FREEZING up here in NY 50 degrees water and air and real windy.

Previously I had a PPG level One kit and would run I'd say a consistent 67 in optimal conditions @ around 7600-7700 RPM.

Now with the mods mentioned below Yesterday I went out and ran a 68.4 @ 8000 rpm in high winds and light chop with a full tank in a short distance!! I'm pretty sure this thing will break 70 no problem in optimal conditions.

Not to mention it feels like a whole new machine!!

The exhaust sounds mean as hell not annoying as I was worried it might be. The acceleration is out of control Pulls like a son of a bitch from a dig. Once I get a decent day out my friend has a stock RXP that I can compare to.

Now If I could just hear some testing results of the new RR impeller

    Yeah I'm Hooked lol

im sure you will see more gain in optimal conditions, wind, chop etc
also full tank and rider weight adds a little more.

i flop in the wind like a piece of paper

I'm sure I'll see a real nice gain in optimal conditions. for the conditions that I rode in yesterday I would usually see around 63-64 MPH.

    Not to mention I'm 6'2'' 215 lbs

nick... i should have that piece we're waiting on this weekend. most likely tomorrow.... i'd like to get a boost gauge on your ski and see what it reads. Hard to find glassy water around here lately huh? i'm havin the same problem. i can't even get RPMs and GPS speeds bc i get unhooked at WOT.

at least it's an improvement! but there's more tweeking and work to be done on that ski.

    Gforce,

Come on down to NJ and ride this weekend. We have a couple of places where the water is manageable when conditions are bad and you'll be able to get some better numbers.

Saturday or Sunday. Send me a PM and we'll hook up.

We are finishing tonight putting a Stage II on my friends 05 RXP and will hopefully test tomorrow. If you can call out tomorrow come on down.

Wish I could call out tomorrow but no good. I plan to ride today in hopefully some nice conditions. It's at least a little warmer today.

Shibby, I really want ot know what kind of boost I'm putting out too. Let me know when you are ready and we can slap these gauges in. Rob mounted the Sender for me I just need to mount and wire the gauge. There is plaenty of testing and tuning to be done still so we'll see.

Even still I look like this riding the damn thing lol
