    Supercharger removal....Have to cut!

Ok...well I got those Torx wrenchs and a torx bit the bit worked flawlessly to get the other 2 out took me all of 2 minutes to get them out....I used the torx wrench rachet thing on the other Biotch torx screw and stripped out the bolt more....I then tried to use vise grips with no luck....

SO Two2....how should I go about to cut this bolt head off?? I have a dremel and a cutting wheel for the dremel....Do I cut the entire head off?? And will the s/c just pull out? Like is the Black PTO housing threaded on there?? Or is it just flat and then it is threaded in the S/C housing....

Well I couldnt get a cutting disc down there so I have to use a Carbide(brown) cylinder things and "sand" the bolt down....I went and got a 90* thing but it wont fit with the cutting disc...so Hopefully it will work...I have done it for about 5 mins and got about half way through the head...SO hopefully I will just sand the damn head off and pull the thing out...

    I GOT THE BITCH OFF!!!

YAY!!! Jerry it is off too you 2 marrow!

    Heres the procedure....

I took my dremel tried the 45* tried the flez, and the 90* nothing worked so I could use the cutting wheel...

    SO...

I ended up Taking one of the Brown Grinding bits that come with a dremel kit and just ground the head of the bolt off took me about 45 minutes probably... Worked awesomely...Except...

I kind of ground some of the paint off of the PTO Housing what type of paint should I use to Cover back up the bare metal that is showing?

THANKS FOR ALL OF THE HELP EVERYONE, ECSPECIALLY JAY (RED DEVIL) WHO SPENT ABOUT 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH ME LAST NIGHT TRYING TO GET THIS THING OFF!!! [/u][/i]

I am glad everything worked out. Now when you have to yank it the next time to install either a Riva impeller or the Rotax one it will be a piece of cake.... So you actually ground the entire head down and did not use the cutting wheel at all???

    exactly Jay....

What should i use to paint it (because I ground some off) ...

Hoss said something about a zinc primer, and then i thought I would put a couple coats of black rustoleum on it...or would just black rustoleum be fine?
