so your making around 700-725hp at the wheels and around 865 at the crank then. nice numbers for a 3200lb vehicle

we are tipping the scales at just over 2800 in the current chassis..... motor is being freshened up and a new chassis being assembled we are shooting for 2600-2700 for outlaw radial trim

Nice looking pro streeter. What motor ya got and gearing. Andare those 14.5 in the rear? Cant be. Reason I say is because it was damn stable off the line. I didn`t see much tweak at all. What trani and who built it. I personnally think it runs long and 60 times arent the greatest. Look like the gear and trani are right on.

To hijack a second, My motor (FORD 572) is going to HAVE to mate to a 400,,,know of anyone cuting the bell?

    hoss,

i will check on that tomorrow... my buddy is running a BB 460 in his 00 mustang with a glide... not sure if the bellhousing is the same or not but i will check to see what housing he is running... assuming that the 572 is a bored and stroked 460

Correct. Yes glides are common amongst Ford Owners and I have ben considerring one but would rather the 400 for wheel stands.
