Great news!! Can't wait to see how it fit...could be a blueprint for other Riva replacements in an RXP.

It took a bit of work but we got it in. We wound up flattening the riva bracket, taking the bend out of it. We then took the BOV and capped it off. Robert came up with the idea of flipping it over once the BOV was gone. It made the bend in that pipe almost perfect. The long S- shaped pipe was already perfect. We Routed the cooling hose from the pump into the rear of the intercooler which should keep the pressure up due to the fact its so short now. We then routed the other hose out of the front of the intercooler to the exhaust manifold since that seemed to be the shorter route anyway. We used the riva bungee w/ the bracket to hold it in and wrapped a 2nd around the intercooler the other way to hold it in. It is rock solid and will not move. I will be testing tomorrow morning and see how it all works. Ill let you know!!! -Jeff

Wow!! Great engineering. Do you have a groco filter inline with the input, I can't remember? Did you do anything about an anode? If not you could run a solid copper wire from bolt on the side of the ic to the tunnel pump bolts to ground it electrically to the pump anode.
Good luck!! See you around the 28th..
