    650mph - Watch closely +++

    This was passed to me from a friend of a friend. The guy who shot the video is on the ship.

    His note...
    "This was taken by me during a Flight Operation from another ship. The F-18 Hornet, was 30 Feet away from the boat and 60 feet above the water. Right when the f-18 came centerline with our ship, he broke the sound barrier. It was about 2-3 sec after he passed, due to over 650 MPH The shock wave actually pushed us back a little, with the most defining sound I have ever heard. Hope you enjoy"
