Can't get the nut on the supercharger shaft to loosen up, going counter clockwise the retaining key (pos) is flexing.

    Which nut?

The SC impeller nut turns right to loosen.

The nut on the clutch side of the shaft turns left to loosen.

Yea, the retaining key is a POS.

NO WAY! run it at 18 NM. After a few hours it will wear in and drop to 12 NM

The metal washers on the new RR hydraulic clutch are set at 20 NM.

Its metal, it can handle it
