Is something missing from the supercharger

hello guys I am pretty shure that something is missing from the supercharger, by looking at the parts page are both cerm washers gone, I purchased this 05 rxt from a guy who claimed he didnt winterize last year and was told that the motor was gone. After I got it home and looked over it the supercharger was in the front storage box, the oil is milky but I didnt think It got cold enough here in Arkansas to to crack a block or head gaskett. I havent done a pressure test, I had planned on a new motor, unless you guys can point me in a different direction. what should I do next beside pump out the oil and look at the oil filter. Thanks

The washers are gone. I would start by taking apart the motor to see what damage has been done.

The oil is milky and has a strong gas smell, I didnt give hardly anything for the ski, I was quoted 2,000 to replace the motor, should I go that route or try and clean the motor out, but with the washers gone, that would not cause the oil to go milky would it? I dont know very much about these, but I would guess maybe a head gaskett, since the last owner didnt winterize it. thanks for giving me the good news on the washers.

$2,000 to replace the motor seems to be good deal. Is there a core for replacement motors, if not take that b***h apart.

The 2 grand for the motor was from a Seadoo dealer here in Arkansas, I have good faith in them, but now that i know my washers went through the motor, will there be any suprises in more cash, what will be damaged that I will have to buy, lets just say worst case. thanks

whatttt, a replacement engine for 2k?

    i'll take one also please

a SBT isn't even that cheap, and an SBT does not include oil pumps, covers, or a supercharger

so far for a fact we know you need a supercharger clutch kit and a front cover and oil pump shafts and a PTO cover and oil pumps there... that brings you to like $1300 in parts ALONE right there in covers and SC...(appx 2 grand total after labor at most shops) and that doesn't even start to adress the actual problem of the long block if a problem exists there also.

this dealer is notorous for undercutting every boat dealer around, they have been in bussiness since 1960, I asked around one time trying to price match and once they found out who gave the price they would tell me we cant help you, not even a call me later line if something dosent work out. I have been told by a rep that he buys in such large volume that other dealers cant stay in the game. so I feel good, but it sounds like I will need new oil pumps, I am sending the sc off to be rebuilt, what else do I need to address. thanks for the help
