951 Crank - SBT or Hotrods?

What would you go with? I don't have a core at this time.

For the 951 I would use a Hotrods over SBT.

No core needed with the Hotrods.

Or a Rotax Reman crank from a dealer or other BRP part supplier.

all I have heard is bad things about SBT it scared me away from them for my 720 rebuild. The rebuilder that I used supposedly installed a new hot rods crank. So far no issues... but I haven't had it very long.

I can say I WAS NOT really impressed when talking to the guys at SBT.

I like SBT for stock engines & just about every crank except the 951.

They did a 951 DI for me last year & it is still going strong....

Crank Works.......Great to deal with and not a bad price. And get the counter balancer done also.
