Unbolt that clamp thing - and just pull it out. Mine just slid out- was very easy

I had to twist mine a bit while using a slotted (flathead) screwdriver as a pry-tool between the intake and i/c....be careful, the intake is composite!

give her a twist once the hoses and clamp are off....things never go the way you want.

Most people have issues taking it out, but since you are an 07 model, it should not be that hard...
After undoing the hoses and band clamp, do what you can to get your hand on the water spickets, and TWIST...
back and forth, it will eventually break free...

Twisting broke mine loose. However, on both of them, I had to unbolt the intake manifold (only 6 bolts) to make room for it to come out without interfering with the gas tank.

i always take the intake completely out of tha boat myself and then pull the inter cooler out while twisting it back and forth! lilttle more work but always easier in the long run!
