    Online Oem Parts

    I was looking at the online store and went to the 2005 year and didnt see any gp1300r ? i want to rebuold my engine..if there isnt any 2005...can the 04's and the 06 pistons work fine? but thers a big price difference..why?

    I looked it up on boats.net and it seems the older ones are superseded by the newer ones. Funny thing was they had two different prices for the same part. 04 was $140 05 and up was $150 Yamaha changed from cast to forged pistons in 05 on the 1300 platform.

    so whick piston is better cast or forged?
