WOW WOW WOW !!!! Thanks Jerry :)
So today went out with my 04 RXP with following mods :
Skat Trak triple bearing Mod and SS Wearing
Riva Air Intake
Riva Intake Grate
Solas 14/19 with Jerry Magic I should say
SC jerry used to have also with a vortec inside
So I was 3 bars of fuel, went out and wasent calm sea did a few runs all at 71 + and the maximun I managed to get is 72.3 mph !!!! I was impressed with this thing and I never said I was running that much !!! I should say so many great thanks to jerry !!
After that I was idling for a few minutes and in a sudden like the ski was out of power hear like something engaging and came back to normal so I was thinking maybe I sucked a bag or something. When I arrived I pulled out agian my jet unit just in case and found some burns on the wear ring , is this normal ????
I will post pics later but I am very happy with my speed

Thats great news Stefan!
Burns arent normal on the SS wear ring, but if you sucked up a plastic bag or something it could happen.

What else could cause the burns is it wasent a bag

That happend to me when i sucked up a beer can...I took my prop out and polished the wear ring back up...good as new! No knicks or anything...Thats the beauty of a SS wear ring! and my prop was beautiful also...polished the little bit of paint from the can off and a little burns...looks good as new! Checked my pitch looked ok...should of messed up my pitch by sucking that up right Jerry?

there is 1 similar to it more on top and 1 on the other side that means 3 burns !!
What could i do , did skat trak mess it up ???

Put some hours on it and time will be able to tell.
As long as your performance remains consistant you are fine. You probably just sucked something up.

They say that if you pitch "up" you need to machine the od of your impeller...looks like yours machined its self.....totally blown has the right idea.polish it then check the gap for tollerance.
