    GP1300R misfiring

gpr1300r 2003.Two weeks ago went riding and ski started missing and bogging.I thought it might have been a stuck ring from cold water, but did comp check 120 all three.Changed plugs this morning same problem midrange misfiring tops out at 48-50 mph on dreamometer.Checked codes it flashes 48 briefly and then 01.I know 48 is INNCORRECT DATA TRANSMISSION but where do I look for problems?? all cylinders have spark? Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have, scott.

Hey sharkriver.... I live in howell and have the YDS software... I don't think it works on the 03 models though... I think its just 04 and up. I haven't gotten to use the software yet because my engine is on my work bench but if you want to swing by after the holidays and hook it up to my laptop we can see what the deal is if it works....
