What do you guys think....?
As some of you may know my bottom hull is pretty messed up. I have a chance of getting a complete RXT hull for about $400. Now, I would have to pay someone to do all the swap from my hull to that one...So I guess that could be like what...$400-500...? I have no clue...What would you guys do...I can have my hull repaired and thued for about $900-1000....

What is involved with having the hull trued. Is it just sanded?

Geo to be honest with the way you are on hulls if you plan on keeping the RXT for a while you should get that other hull as a spare the way your luck is!!!!

i'd like to see some pics of the current condition of your hull ...
that thing has been repaired and painted and trued and painted and dropped off trailers and rideplates been on and off for mods and whatnot in the process of all the hardluck.
at what point do you stop fixing the same mess and start fresh with a new base product?
pay someone to do the swap? chit man there's so many people on this forum in florida alone, i'd find it hard to believe you couldn't dig up a guy or two to have pizza and beer over the course of two nights and get it done urself.
the northeast isn't flooded with forum members like FL is, and i know i could find some buddies on the forum to help me out with very little effort, maybe u should explore that avenue?
a RXT hull for $400? i wouldn't let that get away regardless personally, but that's just me
i mean you already know what you got... a hull that's seen some rough times and repeated band-aids
just my .02 bud

I agree with Shibby. Start fresh. That hull of yours has been thru too much
