    will one skeg make it pull

    i was just out on my ski... beautiful day ... it seemed to pull to the left a little.... when i got home i noticed i was missing a skeg ...i probably knocked it off or loose in tampa....watch out locals dont step on it ... not sure if that is it ....or do i need to do and alighnment

    If I was a betting man...a single skeg....mounted off center would make your ski pull to the side it's on.

    When I lost one of my skegs it didnt make the ski pull but it made the ass end real squirly at high speeds...

    i just knocked the single one off gotta keep the simatry....i guess il get the tape out and give her a 4 blade alighnment what is the best way to sheck the steering alighnment

    Well I never got that technical when aligning the steering..When i added the wedge and VTS rod i set the handle bars straight and the put the trim to neutral and looked down from the top of the ski as to were the nozzle
    was..I adjusted accordingly to were the nozzle was and when i felt it was staight i locked everything down..I have had NO problems with steering or tracking of my ski by doing it that way either... Here is a link that might help you out a little..

    Also here is a quote from PR on how to do a alignment to:

    Don`t forget to use a straight edge against the steering nozzle and measure from straight edge to flat area of the right and left sides of upper pump mounting studs...when your distances are equal, you have centered steering...
    also pick a reference point from edge of handle bars down to footwell and measure that equally right and left to center handle bar...PR...

    a steering cable end/extention comes with a wedge kit to correct cable lenght/geometry
