    Keep it to the rear of the boat so that if it does plane, you can pick up a mile an hour or two for the 3 or 4 you lose due to the weight of the components.

    ps... The bottom left pic is the fuel nozzle, x16 and thats a lot of fuel.

    This is what I work on everyday. GE's Dash 8, Dash 9, and the new EVO. We do overhauls, mid-lifes, and wreck repair.

    Did some power pack change outs on Some 149's in a power station in the early 90's .Saw the similarities there .How about some complete engine pictures ?Cranks etc and enlighten the readers to some real engines ?

    That is the first slug that was built by NS. It is waiting to go to the Transportation musuem..... We are going to build 12 slugs this year alone . I will take my camera back to work and get some more pics.
