I have the money in my pocket waiting for them to be released for sale. I have decided to be the "Guinea Pig" again. I am going to get rid of my '02 F12x and stay with just one 'ski+one boat.

JR, You will like the new F15x. Its really not as big feeling as it looks in person. The fuel mileage is great also compared to the other brands that are boosted.

It's really quiet to, got a little growl when you wrap it but that's it. very smooth power band and a lot of acceleration. Like the F-Rx turbos Its got minimal turbo lag.

That's probaly more than i should say for now.

    Thanks, Shawn,
I have called some of the local shops, who tell me that the number of people interested in buying a 15x is very good. They do not seem to know anything as far as price/availability.

I would guess this may be to allow them to sell off the '07 F12Xs as long as possible.

Come on Shawn, I bet you got a proto sitting in your garage. Tell us more. I promise, I won't tell anyone off the board.

The extra 11" looks like it was added between the bow's sharper deadrise [better chop handling] and the pump inlet to keep the sharper bow from dropping and "bowsteering" [which is how you bat-turn]. The taller stepped ride plate will allow more bowrise which increases speed/chop handling. More bowrise also can drop the bow [on too short of a hull] when you chop power and bat-turn.

Looks like they did everything they should.

Lets just hope they addressed the valve springs.....
