    recall question (block off plate)

i just picked up my ultra 250 from getting some service work done and they did some recall work

they put a plate to supposedly block water from getting in the front vent tubes (so much for the ram air mod)

my question is , is that all they did to stop this supposed water injestion ?

it was dark and cold out when i picked it up so i couldnt poke around to see if anything else was done

    thanks in advance

Cant you just take the plate back off. How is it mounted, did they drill new holes?
