What is the SMALLEST gps available that will...
Looking for the smallest possible GPS out there that gives speed in tenths of a mph...
all those walking ones and recreational and jogging ones i come across dont read in mph, or if they do not in tenths?
anyone have any leads that maybe i'm overlooking?

yes, foretrex or forerunner 201. Easily attached to handlebars with velcro strap. Built-in rechargable battery. 12-14 hours on full charge(has battery meter) It's 100% waterproof.
When using along with my etrex vista they are within 3 tenths of each other on speed runs.

My Vista and Foretrex and spot on all the time to each other. At least the times ive checked.

3 tenths is the most ive ever seen them off. you're right, theyre usually pretty close.
I velcro the vista to the glove box lid. the readings may be alittle off from me leaning over it.
They would probably be exact if i mounted the vista on handlebars next to the forerunner.
I got lucky, picked up my forerunner 201 on ebay new for $100 shipped from a private seller that got 2 for christmas last year.
I dont know much about the refurbished units. But, they can be had for $90/shipped on ebay buy it now. Says they come with 1 year warranty as if new.
