I use approved vest. I have a neopreame Slippery jacket that is very comfortable, I have tried many, but nothing fits me like the Slippery jacket.

I don't know what your state reqires when riding a PWC, but TX requires USCG approved(a outlaw or non approved is the same ticket and no vest), therefore I am only going to buy approved from here out.

What is the best approved vest? Its one that fits you comfortably and is made of durable material. I use a neoprene waterski vest that I bought years ago.

    Approved only!

This is the only one we wear on PWC, impact-rated and has crotch straps to keep it from blowing off if you do a high-speed departure. Lots of pockets for gear and we get them free (issued!) Mike

I have a Slippery Switch approved one, as well as 4 other neat approved ones (such as cell block).

I only wear approved while riding (dont wear one boating), very simply put, if something happens, and I NEED it to keep me afloat and face up, I want to be darn sure it's approved and will work!!!

I wish seadoo would come back out with a nice pull over again, mine is ageing...I don't like neoprene too much, feels heavy when wet...
