The whole unit, or just the remote? I bought and installed one last year, and man are they heavy! Shipping might cost you a lot. Just go to Lowe's or Home Depot and pick up a Genie.

Its usually not too bad, you just need a couple people and a couple ladders.

Ive put up a lot of openers but olny craftsman's. I suggest the screw drive ones they are easier to put together and the most quiet. The chain ones get extremley noisy after awhile I know this because you can hear our garage door open from across the house. The ones ive heard good things about but never had expeirence with are the craftsman belt driven openers. The olny down side of these are that the belts will eventually wear out and break.

Having 2 people there will help temendously along with 2 ladders and chances are you will need a decent variety of tools.

I have a geanie screw drive that is like 10 years old. I don't know the wife has opened the door until she comes walking in the house, and I'll be sitting on the couch that is against a wall shared with the garage.

I purchased the Genie screwdrive at Lowe's 2 years ago. It has worked well so far, I done the install myself. It is a fairly simple stuff just a bit time consuming, it would be nice and faster to install with a helper.
