Yup no traction control for F1 cars this season... So when it rains it should get interesting...
And watch out for the young guns... Hamilton is a better driver without it..

    Hmmm Thats sexy.

Thats Pretty much the biggest factors in these cars Darth,,, Aerodynamics. The olny thing that has more aerodynamic reaserch and design then F1 cars are Jet fighters.

I notice a couple different things about the car

The engine cowl Has more of a backbone to it (like the mclaren)

wings that were added mid season last season located on the body right behind the wheels are now moved back more and sharper and have a angle to them.

I wonder why shes not wearing slicks ?

I agree it was his first ime using it and he let it do the work for him...
However most of the seasoned F1 drivers have been using it for so long they know no different..

I think we are going to see a very different season this year... With all the driver changes taking place..
I still think Ferrari and Mclaren are the front runners, however I think red bull with sebastion bordeux will be fun to watch too..

Yeah I know the open wheel cars are all about the downforce, but this one seems to have more wings a strakes then I would imagine a car could have compared to the last time I really looked at a formula 1 car.

As for the slicks aren't the 4 groove tires mandated in F1?

I dont think it was mandated, Formula 1 always changes the rules around every year, makes things kind of interesting. This year from what i know the big changes were no traction control and Slicks Unless it was changed ? I have lost track of of F1 news more and more into the off season though so it might of changed.

TwoCOrrupt, I agree this season is going to be very interesting. I think mclaren is goin to struggle and i also think that BMW is gona be a big player this year.
