Looks pretty good, except I know my LM-1 a/f unit is wideband. Not sure if the narrow band will work for us.

Narrow band is useless for us. That gauge has a narrow band input. Narrow band is 0-1v and is a digital signal, meaning it simply toggles between rich and lean and will not tell you A/F ratio. I would say you could hook a wide band up to it, but the wideband output is 0-5v so that won't work either.

You really don't want an AFR guage that is installed all the time on your ski. The 02 sensors just don't last long in our moisture rich environment. Even though the 02 sensor is in the bung in the jacketed J pipe there is always water in the water box below it. Trust me, i have a whole pile of bad ones

You want something you can hook up, make sure everything is okay and then remove it.

You can rig this up with some alligator clips to go on the battery to power it up and its all easily removed once you are done tuning

so if im just using that for tunning would i have to plug the bung when not using the o2 sensor?

Yes, you remove the 02 and replace it with the threaded plug that comes with the kit.

I sure do. This one is extremely accurate and will read in tenths of a PSI.
I just velcro it to my glove box lid when using it and can easily pop it into the glove box when washing the ski down, etc.

Also, you will want the blue back lit. The red LED is too hard to see in the daylight.
