    Stock Airbox removal?

Okay, I have the Stinger out and am just staring at the airbox trying to figure out how I get it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hall Pass, the 2006 is different.
    To remove the box:
-Open the gas cap, unplug the fuel line at the tank(don't loose the blue insert) and cap the tank.
-Unplug the sensor plug above the PTO oil line.
-If you have the stock air plumbing intact remove the hose attached to the airbox.
-Remove the two bolts on the airbox the attach to manifold bracket.(12mm socket)
-Loosen the three hose clamps that hold the throt body rack to the manifold. (4mm hex)
-Snatch the thot bodies and carefully rotate the assembly on top of the engine. (DO NOT tweek the thotle cable). This is why you removed the fuel line. (its now dropping fuel into the hull ...clean it up)
-Reinstall the red fuel line clip and blue insert now so you don't loose them.

To open the box a 10mm bit in a cordless drill makes quick work.

To remove the box loosen the three hose clamps and snatch it off keeping an eye on the fuel line gromet.

Are you wanting to remove just the air box or throttle body rack also,i just want to make sure i understand correctly but to remove the air box only on my 07 all needed to be done is remove the bolts in front engine and the clamps and will come right out...If you are removing fuel lines i would suppose you have something else in mind..

What is the easiest way to remove the stock airbox on an 03 1300R? I currently have the stinger pipe removed and I am installing a D-plate, jetworks, and I am reinforcing the pump tunnel.

I am just looking to gut the stock airbox and remove the stock flame arrestors and intake tubing.
