    Where to get LLC online?

Anyone know where to apply for an LLC online for Florida....?

I know www.sunbiz.org is one but was wondering if there was another one and if there's a difference between them...

You may be able to download the forms from another site but in most states,(and probably in Fla too) you have to file them with your state corporation commision. In Virginia you can't actually apply online for anything like that. You have to fill out the papers and send them to the SCC. If you are the sole owner of your business, sometimes it's better to incorparate as an "S" corp instead of an LLC. It's worth the money to talk to your lawyer and accountant to help you decide before you become either one.

If you do an LLC you'll pay 15.2% "self employment" tax on ALL your profits. With an "S" corp, you will pay this only on any salary you give yourself, not your total profit. Both are pass through entities which means any profit or loss will go straight through to your personel income tax return. There is more paperwork involved in an S corp. The LLC requires less of this and is simpler to run.
