Trying to make stock sound modified.
Well, Im looking for a little direction here. I have on 02' sportster LT that is 100% OEM. I am trying to achieve a more throaty sound, not loud, but a deep, throaty, bad a$$ sound. I dont know if I should mess around with the water boxes or go after market. Also, why does the exhaust join togather from the two engines and then exit out on both sides? I would think it should be left engine, left side, right engine, right side.
I would like to keep the cost down as much as possible, Christmas drained my checkbook!

Big throaty sound over a 2 stroke engine is very hard to achieve...4 strokes are easier to get throatier than 2 stroke which sound more like a snowmobile engine.
