Would it need to be beached or anchored to keep the boat from shifting when the skis are recovered?

I am guessing you will install bunks/rails to guide and hold the skis on the flat deck. What are you going to use to ramp the skis up onto the deck from the water?

Are you going to use an outboard motor?
Any concerns about running an outboard in shallow beach areas?

Are you thinking of using your Jet Sprint motor?

Run it up the beach roll the ski's off the back ,Access will be like riding onto a trailer .Ramps at the back and rollers to get the ski to the front .250hp Yammy or such and centre console .Need to do some background work and get it made how I need it .Will take me six months once I get permission to work from where I would like .I will keep you posted .,
    Cheers
