I screwed this to my glove box lid to hold my Garmin Extrex Legend

    Cool

I've been wondering about doing something like that with my GPS, has anyone tried the EZY Mount

its a product I found on that same site, not sure which of the 2 to buy. I'd prbably place mine inside glove box instead of on the lid. Any suggestions?

There is a thread in the general discussion section with some great gps mounting pics. if i new how to link it I would have. I got the Garmin handlebar mount but it won't fit around the factory grip.

I like the Garmin Forerunner 201
It mounts to handlebars with included wrist strap extension, rechargable holds charge for 14hrs, and is about 90 shipped on ebay. No wiring, batteries or special mounting required.

You set it up in the custom screen. One thing , you have to start the timer for it to record top speed. If you stop timer it wont record it.

send me a pm with your number if you have any trouble.. I am not familiar with 301, but will help if i can
