    Bore scope recomendations

    anybody have a bore scope? I'm thinking of getting one to check piston wash on my 4 ski's seems like the base units are about 250$ and that is what it cost when you lose a top end anyway Thanks Z

    I picked up a couple of these a little cheesy but the price is rite. They fit into the spark plug hole and seam to work OK.

    I have the light Watcon sells but I just can't see good enough to see wash (old eyes) Z

    Thanks! that is the style I am after just with an obedient cable and 90 degree mirror kit unless I find out I'm on the wrong track? Z

    I have the PV 100. look for the piston wash thread that I started in the yammi performance section. Crazy and a few other pointed me in the right direction. I got mine new for about 160 shipped on ebay. 1 thing I will say is that it's not the best for looking at wash after a run. the hot air from the cylinder fogs up the lens and you can't see. I actually came to prefer the bend a lite from sears. but, if the ski is in the water, you are going to get hot noxious gasses blowing in your eyes as the exhaust outlet bobs around in the water and blows air in an out.
