    Supercharger Failure-help

got the rxp back on the water today and loss rpms one hour into ride down to 5500 to 6000 max. 0 boost- well i have the metal washers and ceramic bearings and a RR wheel. Go to pull charger and the wheel spins , now i am at point of pullin the charger but it will not come -its in there and will barely move left to right and cannot pull out any. any thoughts or suggestions that might help me remove the charger will be much appreciated-thanks apac.

with the 3 bolts out the charger should rotate side to side if so it will work loose. if you are extremely careful you can pry a little on it but choose wisely where you pry from.

ive got hte three bolts out and its all i can do to rotate it 1/4 to a 1/2 inch. ive tried a little prying but still no luck , this thing is stuck, when the supercharger wheel spins freely, does that mean the washers or the bearings. thanks-apac.

Just a thought, maybe the spring washers gave way and the gear slid back and will not let it out. Have someone turn the S/C fan blades while you ry to pull it out. This way the gears will line up and you can get it out.

well we got the charger off w/ alot of prying and pullin wich i dont recommend because the back of the supercharger is brittle compared to a 4' pry bar. it was almost impossible to pry without mega pressure but the bar prevailed and its off well the culprit is........

Failed bearings heated up the housing causing the metal to distort and making it hard to remove....
