    Wow, I've made a lot of changes since then.
    I have a pipe that needs welding and I'll come back to this project, she has an easy 71-72 MPH in her. She won't handle but this is just to get some numbers.

    I'm going to a 5 vein stator for more top speed

    just wait till son is a little older he might be able to bring all your crafts top speeds up to date

    is indexing sparkplugs so important ?

    isnt that your fav ski also

    You might be right, some fresh blood would probably have it done in a day or two...I've had parts waiting for a year.

    Indexing the plugs is usually good for 40+ RPM

    The SLTX has long been my favorite at the lakes but with my Matrix being so reliable it's the one I chose for the UGLY water and long river rides.

    so does how one index s spark plus is that marks where the gap is at and face it where ?

    yep, what does indexing plugs mean?

    a black marker and some special washers is needed and a little time to get them pointed in the correct direction but the benefits are out to debate .tapered version below we need flat http://www.speedwaymotors.com/p/627,...g-Washers.html
