I just take a standard tiedown, loop the strap and push it thru the bottom of the hole on the rear deck. Then take the hook on the strap and grab the loop. I will take a picture Monday sometime.

Yes, I bought the yami tie downs that are cam buckle. I like the pieces that go thru the hull, but I don`t care for the wimpy cam buckle. at least the strap is on the "pin" end and I can feed the strap thru a ratchet if I need to.

the winch strap that came with the new trailer doesn`t have the loop at the end. The "hook: is to small to fit on the bow eye.
should I get a new strap with loop in the end? or is there something else I can do?...PR...

the yammi straps that go through the hole work well. That's what we used on the MB trip and they never came loose.

That said. . .I prefer a ratchet strap. All I do is hook one side to the trailer, feed the free end through the hole from the bottom, across the rear deck, back through the other hole, and then into the ratchet.

i use a winch that holds the front of the ski, thats on the trailer...

and the two yami straps that go onto the 2 back holes of the ski... one on each side/hole..

or when im feeling really good i lube my trailer bunks real good, and don't strap the ski at all.. old racing trick...

Kale, I`m having trouble locating a wich strap that is 2" wide and longer than 12' with the bow loop for PWC`s... ...

you`d never believe what the dealer used to hook the winch strap to my bow eye
they took one of those nylon short loops that come with the ski for the rear holes, (was wondering why I didn`t get any) looped that thru the bow eye and then put the strap hook thru it bc the hook is to small to use by itself, jeeze, for $800.000 you`d think........
