Open Loop Cooling setup.
I'm looking and planning out my cooling system and routing, for my GPRXP and have read a number of threads about simply removing the thermostat from the water pump/thermostat housing. Could I not then cap some things, and re-route the tubing to accomplish the same thing, you are doing without paying $250 for the open loop cooling pump cover? Or is the PSI already so high that a pump is the last things we need in the system, not to mention its free HP removing the pump load? For some reason I just really don't want to pay $250 for that open loop cooling plate...
