Difference between metal washers for supercharger

    Supercharger metal washers.
Whats the difference between the greenhulk washers and the riva washers.
I know the riva's are more expensive.
    But that's not my question.
I get 5 washers from greenhulk.
And only 2 from riva at much higher cost.
I want to upgrade my supercharger, after 165 hours the time has come to change to the metal washers.
Engine is still performing ok,but i don't want to take a risk.
I know there are many threads on this question ,but no answer to my question anywhere.
I will go for the greenhulk washers, but please explain why i get 5 washers.

    Thanks, Richard.

I think you are talking about the spring washers(5 total) for 25 dollars. Those are not the same as the clutch washers (2 total) for 100 and change. You should replace both at that amount of hours as well as the bearings.

The set of 5 washers is the spring washers. The 2 Riva washers are are the replacements for the two ceramic OEM washers. They are totally different. You need both sets to properly rebuild your clutch assembly. At those hours, I would probably replace the gear and bearings as well.

    Thanks guys!

I thought i needed to replace both types of washers but needed to be sure.
It will be best for me to go for the complete rebuild kit.
Thanks for the explanation Franko and GpRxpSteve thats what i needed to know.
And Godfather, i know Greenhulk is best!

    Thanks, Richard.
