Why do you want to set the limits?

At my work we just have a box that we need draw within, if the object is bigger than the box we go to a different scale drawing template, or just resize the print view (use view point to create you print area) area on the layout tab.

I was actually talking about both, but here goes with setting up the limits.

type "limits" in the command prompt, should be located at the bottom unless you have moved it

Then it will ask you "Specify the lower left corner or [ON/OFF] <0.0000,0.0000>:" Hit enter

"Specify upper right corner <12.000,9.000>:" (mine is set at 12.000,9.000 but it can be anything.

or you can go to "Format" "Drawing limits", I don't use the drop down menus, I use the command prompt, unless I am saving or printing.

I find it easier to use the command prompt than the drop down menus, I can type "l" alot quicker than moving the mouse over the line icon and drawing a line.

I hope on 2.0 you have some place to stand on the trailer while launching the ski
