    RXP-X or RXT-X

Torn between them again, does anyone have top speed #'s for the RXT-X? Do you pick up 4 mphs from a new grate also? A stock 70MPH RXT-X would be great. I like the dry & smooth ride of the RXT but also the nimbleness and speed of the RXP. I am leaning towards the P-X especially with the new intake grate hull changes and all out speed out of the box. Any word on the diffrences in the rough for the P-X? hook up, handling from the new hull design? ect

I went with the RXT-X and already have RE block-offs ready for installation as soon as it comes in. I think 70 mph will be NO problem at all, especially when RIVA and some others get their mods up and running.

I chose the RXT-X because it is a little larger and can cut through chop better offering an overall better ride, but it's all about personal pref. Jon

What do you think will be in the RXT-X RIVA Stage 1 kit?

    Intake Grate
    Solas 15/20
    Power Filter
    Wedge

Top Speed 73 MPHS??????? or more

I figure if a Stage 2 gets the RXT to aprox 72 a stock RXT-X should be around the same. What do you think?

I think those components would be the minimum offered, and yes, 73 mph would be attainable. I just keep remembering that the prop was designed to use up the hp on the top end, so I think the prop will really be important here. Once you add an air intake system, who knows, but I am going to strive to achieve atleast 75 out of mine...just don't have enough people tweaking on them yet, or atleast telling about them.

I'm anxious to hear what ol' bigbuck12345 get's out of his new RXT-X. He should be getting close to breaking it in now. Must really suck to live in Florida...I woke up to freakin 22 degrees this morning. Jon

couple of questions: are you by yourself most of the time, or do you have someone else riding shotgun?

do you like to jump, alot?

Does the water really bother you that much when you get sprayed? What the water temp there, 90?

Are riding conditions always choppy or smooth or somewhere in the middle?

See what im getting; if your right in the middle dude, flip a coin, or if your keeping your p, get a t...

I know Watercraft World tested the RXT-X and it reached 67.2mph. One of the guys on the forum tested his RXP-X before he did the intake grate mod and I think it was something like 68.5. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Selling my RXP we had a great time together but time to part while the resale is still good. I love to go fast and do ride alot in rough stuff. I rarely go wave jumping and ride solo most of the time. I would like to know how the new RXP-X differs in the rough vs RXP with the new hull tunnel changes. No doubt the RXT shines in the rough but you need alot more HPs to get it up there.
The RXT-X sure looks sharp though and would give my SHO and Ultra buddies a good run for there money.
