    installing open loop??? help

    need help/pictures on installing open loop on rxt have the kit from jerry do i need fittings or any other plumbing??

    Right click it and save it to your computer. Then view the image and it will be bigger and easier to read.

    that diagram isn't really centered around a seadoo hull, i wouldn't recommend it.

    come off the pump with the water supply and go into your intercooler, then out your intercooler and into the thermostat block off plate. then the water comes out of the top of the cylinder head and goes to the exhaust manifold and all thru the j-pipe and such... the hose on the top of the j-pipe should go to the oil cooler and then out the oil cooler and exit the hull.

    this is the simplest and easiest way to do it and the water pressures and temperatures are well regulated with this setup

    In fact, thats the same way JD sets his up. I'll be installing open loop on my RXP this weekend and will try it that way

    Shibbie's diagram doesn't look like a rocket, it must be slower.
