    Will a 13/19 sb work ?

Hey guys, I have a 2002 1200r w/ d plate, riva intake grate, R&D ride plate and stock pump on the boat and an advent cdi, 140-150 psi head, VF3 reeds, on the way. I plan to do a carb mod by RPM. Pump blueprinting to be done soon as well as tuning the plate, shoe, tabs. Do you think I should get the 13/19 SB, or go to 14/20 concord? I ride choppy water and sometimes smooth rivers. I would like to get a 70mph top speed. That should be fast enough for this older dude to get big eyed. I am not sure if the set back is going to work on my stock pump. What do you think?

i got the same mods as you exept the advent , and before i put in the vf3s i was spinning the hell out of the 13/19 out the hole. so with an advent and vf3s you deffinetly need a 14/20
    get a dynafly

    some ideas for you

    - install a 2005 pump and 14/20 Dynafly impeller (don't bother with the pump blueprinting)

    - next instead of doing the carbs, if you want to spend some more dollars swap out you your 1200 top end for a 1300 top end - pretty sure this will provide a bigger gain

I also have the 13/19 on my 00. Just wondering what the top end difference is between the 13/19 and 14/20?

you need to be able to turn it, its all to do with your rpm's and if they are too high with a 13/19 then you go a 14/20 or higher...get a after market tach and check your rpm's and then you will know if you should go 14/20.

I considered doing the 1300 cylinder swap. I passed up a good deal on some ported ones. Endless cylce for more speed I know, lol... I am sure you fast guys have gone this route already and that is why I ask for your advice. The pump route is 500 +. Cylinders = ??? plus I would go ahead and have them ported. The carb mod is around 500 if I just do that next and the impeller is around 270. Here we go= sell the waggy to buy some more ski parts. hahaha. Gotta love it. Will the 14/20 df work in my stock pump or the 14/20 concord be too much for my hp?

u can see my mods underneath and i push a 14/20 concord perfect? i cant tell you the difference when i moved up from my 13/19 cause i did a couple mods at the same time but im at 73-74 now. i cant justify the pump swap to run a dynafly cause it wont go on urs now. id rather put the money else wear for now. and u got a pm
