RUDE S/C Boost with Stock ECU

How many of you are running the RUDE supercharger with the stock ECU?

    What boost are you getting?

In what configuration are you running it (lbs injector, fuel controller)?

    Thanks,

I tried that for a short time with a Rude SC, Rude fuel controller and 50# injectors. It was a bit of trial and error to get the fuel controller correct. This was at 8100 with stock ECU and 12.2 PSI boost.

I gave up on the setup and went to the Riva ECU.

I believe it must be run with a rising rate fuel pressure regulator and 38lb injectors or a rude fuel controller and 50lb injectors..
I think it's a rare combo as well

Thanks, but the rising rate fuel regulator just came out and was wondering what configuration was used before.

I'm waiting to read about some testing results on the RUDE rising rate fuel pressure regulator.

Piranha has had the rising rate regulator out for a while now and several people have posted about it on this forum. Les Cooke has one on the market too, but I'm not sure if Piranha's is the same exact one and haven't heard results on that one.

the Piranha Parts fuel controler is made by Les Cooke, I have used the B-Kit with the fuel controler on customer stock RXPs over 1.5 years now .

    works perfekt. (stock injectors)(stock ECU)

Have you done any testing with an A/F meter?

im going rude fuel controller. i rather run 50lb injecters. when u max out the injecters with all that psi. how long do u think they going to last. electronics work better then mechanical part plus they more fuel efficient

Yep, its the same one and its been on the market for a couple of years now. It works very well.

Rafi, rising rate fuel pressure regulators are nothing new. They have been used in the automotive industry for a long time.
