Have you checked the condition of your wear ring lately? That is the first thing I would check. When is the last time you checked it?

I don't stock the wear rings, but do highly recommend you call skat and order a stainless one. It will be the last wear ring you ever buy.

Can you use stainless without a triple bearing mod?
