    Intake Grate

I've removed my intake grate so I can get it flush with the rideplate. Anything I can do to tweak the 2 blades ? Should I keep the water side of the blade round and then sharpen the other side. I've heard of people thinning them out, does this help ?

Figured I'd give it the works befor I bolt it back on.

Best thing to do is just leave it like it is. Thinning the bars out will slow you down.
