    Hey there PitBull...

First up welcome to the forum...

It all depends on what you want to use it for..

The R&R jethead is an O-Ring style head.. Ironical Addicted(Mike) has one for sale right now..
I'm pretty certain if he still has it.. he'll work you a deal..

Getting your stock head milled around 50 thou will get you into the 150 psi range..??(some of the old school guys can shoot you a better idea..)

How healthy is you motor just now..?? how many hours on it and what compression #'s have you got..??

    It's basically exactly that...

It uses a rubber O-Ring to seal the head to the cylinders instead of a head gasket..??
Then another larger outer O-Ring style seal for the water ways..?? (these can be problematic)

First thing you should do as a matter of course is get a baseline compression reading... (even a new motor can be low..!!)

    Then take it from there..

    Hmmmmm...???

    Do you mean Reed Stuffers..???

If Yes..?? they're of questionable value in some applications..!!
This question would likely get a better response in the old school section...

If You do in fact mean a reed spacer(s) again depends on the application..
A Reed Spacer is a good idea in high reving motors..

Sorry if this isn't helping find the answer..
Ask in the old school section... there's some talented guys in there..
