It's very easy to install. Pull battery box. Everything you see B/T the waterbox & exit elbow comes out. You may need to remove some foam to get to all the hose clamps, but leave the foam in.

no i am buying the riva free flow but i know it's pretty easy to install jus not sure about what they meant by removing sound supression so basically it's just take off the stock exhaust and put on the free flow or more to it?

    Lightbulb ?????????????

    Hey there..

Sound suppression is a combination of the waterbox (the big silver cylinder) and the water tank the black oddball shaped thing..!!
that is connected to the waterbox by the thick black tube..

When you install the free flow tube., you remove said oddball thing and the thick black tube..
Replace these with your nice new blue riva tube..

Some of the floatation foam may need to be disturbed to get the oddball thing out..

Also its a good idea to rotate the waterbox a little to line things up..

This is a simple job to do just a little time consuming removing stuff to get in there(battery, batterybox etc.etc)

If you haven't already download the workshop manual.. its in the how to section.. this will show you what to look for/at..!!

    Hope this helps a little

I was just wondering how necessary is the foam? I threw it out thinking I did not need it I saw a picture with one installed before and the ski had no foam so what should I do?
